Strumming along the past, I remember a time when this place was a “great place for waterwings and cannonballs”— no, a great place for strung-out chords and backyard-brawls. The time here fills in as a dark and heavy output of noise where falling over ourselves only emphasizes its unprocessed energy. The only thoughts fixed are those that lean towards lining each hand along the strings and crashing down on every cymbal before they settle, the entire nature that has always been around and just below in all its clean vs. distorted presence.
