Nocow – ‘Like Apart’ EP

I’ve been a big fan of Carlos Juarez’s taste since the day I stumbled upon his releases. As the young head of Infinite Machine, a flourishing label based in Montreal, he has already released records from guys that are making a striking appearance in the electronic sector. This is the kid responsible for Bwana and 123Mrk‘s debut records, and at this point, those two guys are basically household names. Infinite Machine‘s next release comes from Nocow, a Russian producer named Alexey Nikitin. Nocow melts American techno and house traditions into the foggy sound of UK underground, bringing high emotional impact and forging his own version of contemporary bass music.
