The realm of futuristic trap music has introduced us to many distorted interpretations of the production heard in Southern rap.

Today’s offering looks to take this movement into a new world of thought, feeling, and textured beats.

The atmospheric washes of sound in the distance immediately blend with the eerie vocal cuts and ethereal 808 snaps, allowing this growing entity to exude energy that travel past the glamor of the VIP room.

With every drop, the track calmy breaks and forges a new path of sound, layering dark percussion, smooth synth, and organic, earthy sounds; building the beat back into the most supreme affair, only to bring it back to more chilled out vibes.

In the span of 8 minutes, this landscape rebuilds, descends, and rebuilds again; all while incorporating slick new elements to the sound collage and managing to retain continuity with every unique transition.

And with that, a new era of trap greatness has begun.

The man behind this mind-bending future trap jam, “Prestige”, performs under the moniker: Centurials.

His production style is very washed out and dreamy, not relying mainly on samples, but more organic sounds, deep bass synth and reversed white noise.
