Sea Green – “Heart”

I can’t seem to get this sugary sweet, bubblegum pop tune out of my head. Josh Dalton from Crack in the Road sent it over to me a few days ago via Facebook chat.

Sea Green‘s real name is Tori Parker and right now she’s only got “Heart” and few short demos uploaded to her SoundCloud. Stream “Heart” and read what Tori had to say about the track below:

To be honest I made “Heart” for fun. I spent three nights working on it and singing. It is actually a cover of Flight Facilities. I cut out some parts, sang, enhanced most of the instruments and added a 90′s touch. I really loved the outcome when it was finished. I found it catchy so I hoped others would enjoy it as well. It really isn’t about anyone specific, but I enjoyed singing it. I am sure other listeners out there have a particular situation that makes them want to keep listening to it.

    I loved the music and the singing.. Tori has a lovely voice and great on the keyboards.. and.. I don’t say this because she is my Daughter :)
