Warm Myth – “Working” (Official Video)
Posted under: Earlier this summer, Casey Mecija of the serene folk pop outfit, Obhijou, released a few preview tracks from her new side project: Warm Myth.
The Toronto duo (which consist of Casey Mecija and Kieran Adams) is now currently working on their debut 12” for One Big Silence.
Their new video for the song “Working” was directed by Jesse Yules; who visuals allowed Casey’s harmonizing, seductive rhythms to breathe new life (literally) in the form of dazzling paper origami. The vibrant colors and movements are so mesmerizing, you’ll find yourself lost in all the beauty of the video, while the song burns slowly into your memory bank.
Overall, a very gorgeous first video. Looking forward to more from them in the future.
No release has been set for the 12”, but chances are it’ll appear in the early parts of 2013.
