Only Real – “Cinnamon Toast” (Official Video)

You ever wonder what would happen if the original cast from Season 1 of Skins decided to join forces and record a rap song? That question never once came across my mind until I stumbled upon the loveable London rap teenager, Only Real (aka Niall Gavin). He’s got a brand new video for his latest single, “Cinnamon Toast,” which has already been making buzz on some of the UK’s most respected music publications. Mark Schoneveld from the Philadelphia-based blog, YVYNYL, appropriately pinned him as, “The British boy version of Kitty Pryde.”

Haha, I would say he’s pretty spot on with that description. It’s definitely some sort of weird blend of Kitty Pryde, King Krule, and the UK hip-hop legends, The Streets.

Only Real is influenced by just what I see and do every day really…the Cinnamon Toast video is for everyone who likes sitting down and watching Ren and Stimpy.
