spazzkid‘s Desire 願う turned out to be quite the little album that could. After a modest initial cassette release on Purr Tapes, the album sold out several editions in rather quick succession, a success that took even the project’s mastermind, Mark Redito, by surprise.

Mark has enlisted the help of some of his producer friends to remix the songs on Desire 願う. These remixes will be premiering all across the blogosphere in the coming days, and we are excited to premiere a remix of “Loving Free” by one of our favorite up-and-coming artists SAINT PEPSI. Check out his adult contemporary, not-so-vaporwave take on the track below.
