Pity Sex - “Euclid”

Listen to the band’s new single—out now via the newly released ‘Off the Board: A Studio 4 Family Compilation.’

Pity Sex has been enjoying a pretty great year since their excellent album Feast of Love dropped back in August. Now the Ann Arbor-based band is back with a new single called “Euclid” for Off the Board: A Studio 4 Family Compilation, a great benefit compilation featuring bands who have recorded at the Pennsylvania recording studio.

Picking up where Feast of Love dropped off, “Euclid” is a nice stroll through Pity Sex territory and also a pretty great introduction to the band if you’ve yet to check them out. The track is carried in through the window on a sweet, breezy melody before the band stomps the fuzz pedal ushering the track into the familiar shoegazing indie-pop territory that the band is known and loved for.

Off the Board: A Studio 4 Family Compilation is available now. And don’t forget to catch Pity Sex at our CMJ Showcase on October 18th at Shea Stadium—information can be found here.
