Forever Evers is the collaborative project of White Birds‘ James Harvey (whose new single we heard last week) and Night Panther‘s Farzad Houshiarnejad. The Philadelphia power duo’s music, though scarce, is a nice change of pace from the two artists’ respective other projects. Featuring a showing from Harvey’s slow-burning, powerhouse vocals and Farzad’s burning need to dance, “I Want You” is the perfect meeting ground between the two camps.

While not exactly a club-sized banger, the track has just enough of a groove to get the blood pumping. And considering the song is about the beauty of drunken hookups, that’s about all you need.
