Director Brad Wong built something much more than just a music video for LA producer starRo‘s latest single. The notions of being tainted emotionally and relationally are taken to the ultimate physical conclusion, with scientific mishaps, zombie-like infections, and a love story to pull it all together, it’s more like a short film than a music video.

The film works in perfect conjunction with the track, though they might seem like a counterintuitive pair if you heard and watched them separately. Jarell Perry‘s smooth and emotive vocals bring just the kind of beautiful weight needed, while StarRo’s dense and multi-faceted production perfectly matches the depth and emotion.
